Anyway way to implement a report function with the current software? There have been a lot of spammers, and I would hate to see all the spam when the boards get bigger.

Hm, either moderation is fast, or the times I check the boards are off, but I hardly notice spam. But Glipkerio is indeed correct!

I believe we have had a sum total of two spammers in the history of this incarnation of the forums. In both cases the posts were promptly reported and dealt with. In fact, by the time I had a chance to read the reported post this morning, it had already been dealt with by one of our trusted mods. The aspiring spammer was ip banned and deleted.

Glip is absolutely correct. You've probably noticed by now, but there is a report button under each post. It looks like this:

Trust that we work tirelessly to keep these forums spam free. If you have been receiving additional spam, let me know, but I'm pretty sure we've got things under control. You would probably be surprised by the amount of under the hood work I do daily to keep this place pristine.

And big thanks to those of you who are using the report function to help keep this place spam-free. Your efforts are incredibly helpful and much appreciated. :heart:
