What are your favorite monsters in Reckoning?

I'm 60+ hours in and level 27 and just made it to Rathir. I'm guessing I've seen most of the monsters already except for Balor and I haven't seen the zombies (Sons of Laz) yet.
One of my favorite parts of this game is how cool the monsters look and act.

    Some of my favorites are:

Wolves - I usually don't get too excited about wolves, but these wolves have great attacks in Reckoning. Where many monsters are way too easy, wolves with their relatively low hit points always put a hurting on me when in groups of 4 or more. I love the way they rush and jump at you almost knocking you down. It's pretty challenging to beat them without bitten quite a few times and wolves + other monsters fighting together can be tough.

Jottun - Love how they look and attack. Some funny attacks too like bouncing you off their huge belly. I wouldn't mind seeing Jottun as a playable race in the MMO.

Croduk - Ugly, freaky looking thing with unusual poison attacks. The sounds of the attacks are even scary.

Lanashe - Very cool looking with the long dark hair and floating around. I wish they attacked and defended better though.

Brownies - Nasty looking little buggers. Easy to dispose of, but they sure look mean. I wouldn't mind seeing them beefed up with some magic capabilities in the MMO.

    Most disappointing for me:

Banshean and Murghan - They look cool enough but way to easy and slow. I thought those Murghan were supposed to have a lightning attack. For me they just walk slowly towards you with tridents pointing out. If you stand right in front of them you they might attack - not very exciting combat.

I rather like the elemental sprites. The prismere trolls look great with their red crystals.

Boggarts are my favorite, I think. They are funny...especially the one that marches back and forth over the bridge in front of castle Windermere. He's the best. =D

I think I followed him back and forth for like 10 minutes. Hup hup hip hup...

I dislike the arcane barghests since they eat away at my mana. :P

But other than that, I don't really have a favorite monster.

Same. I think at the end of the day, the "monster of the franchise" is definitely my favorite.

Cave banshean (or however it is spelled) due to their interesting method of propagation/reproduction of the murghans.

The first time I saw it happen I thought I was mistaken. Then I found a dungeon with a dozen of them patiently waiting on a rock shelf... no mistake there! I hope they use that mechanism to great effect in the MMO.

Im going with the undead Sons of Lasz. Best portrayal of undead mobs in an MMO award from me. Shuffling, dragging ancient blades, great stuff. Boggarts are quite good too, funny lil buggers. Really the art on them ALL is great too, if you take a minute and try to get your camera as close as possible on some of the dead or non aggressive ones, the level of detail put into to models is really impressive and welcome.

Another vote for boggarts here. I especially love the boggart "pet" guy...although I keep losing him (maybe getting him killed?) and having to resummon him.

My other favorite are trolls. They scare me every time.

Definitely love boggarts. I also really like to kobolds. I feel like they are very calculated in the way they attack. Probably my most favorite are the different champion sprites though. They are soooo cool looking.
