Stuff doesn't get announced at SDCC? E3 then is my guess. There aren't enough people on the roster for PAX to make any announcement regarding something the size of Copernicus.

Really? Because thats where they announced Reckoning.... To me that seems pretty big, but then again, I'm not a gaming insider so I really wouldn't know how big of an audience or attention something like an MMO actually needs when its announced

Well, they didn't announce Reckoning at PAX - it was the first public demo. They announced it the summer before. 38 Studios, as far as I remember from the panel announcements, isn't going to be at PAX - it's just going to be a few people from the company and the panels they're on aren't specific to 38 Studios.

If they were announcing anything, they'd have tons of people there, and it'd probably be at a bigger event. Well, it WILL be at a bigger event since we know they're not announcing at PAX.
