Vanguard going Free to Play

I've actually resubbed to VG recently, although I haven't played more than a couple of times because I've been so swamped with RL lately. It's a great game...it's just very, very quiet there at the moment. The pop is very low. I'm sure going ftp will help that. Also, from what I understand, Sony is starting to give it some of the love it deserves. I'm kinda excited about it. First Watch could have a lot of fun there, I think.

Vanguard is enjoyable enough that the F2P thing may breathe a little life into it. I would definitely be in for some First Watch time there. I know Brunt would be too. He's Vanguard's biggest fan. He's still got the collector's edition sitting in his living room.

I actually have to admit my interest in the game is pretty low. Unless they make/or have made sweeping changes to the game since the last time I played it, I dunno if I really want to go back. We'll see though. I'm really liking the time I've spent in EQ2 so far, and it was really cool doing a couple of quests with Deathtognomes and Kysera tonight.

So I can buy a digital copy for $10 or a physical copy for $6 through Amazon and get the 30 days free with a new account. So I'll give it another shot before it goes F2P in the summer.

Woah, I had no idea Vangaurd was still up and running... It would be interesting to see how it is now compared to day one.

Just ordered a copy from Amazon so I should be playing within 4-5 days.
