**NOTE** Belne's Staff of Ire (quest reward) will turn into a UNIQUE (purple) weapon ONLY by slotting Farraglen's Gem (quest reward) in the weapon slot. However, slotting a Gem of Incineration instead will render the weapon as an UNCOMMON (green), but it will be the highest damage dealing named Staff in game (see last screenshot for Staves).
