• Starting tomorrow, and continuing through Labor Day, we will be giving away one poster each day, at which point we will be out of posters.
• Each day, I will post an official giveaway announcement, via this thread. This announcement will be accompanied by a trivia question, which must be answered correctly, via this thread, in order to claim your prize.
• The prize will go to the first member to post the correct answer, as determined by our wholly objective judging staff (namely, me ). All judges decisions are final.
• All winners are responsible for sending me a mailing address, in order to receive their prize. Otherwise, I will be forced to sharpie your forum name on the side, and toss it in the nearest mailbox.
• The daily giveaway will happen at a random time, so check back often.
• Get a leg up on the competition: advance warning of the daily giveaways will be posted, via the 38 Watch Twitter and Facebook fan page.
• You can only win once.

Some of you may already be familiar with our newest moderator, Hannar, as he has been involved in fan communities for quite some time - most notably, working at EQII.com, (now archived at http://www.ageofdestiny.com/) following a fella named Moorgard.

Hannar brings a load of experience and a real passion for community to our team, and we couldn't be more excited to have him aboard. Cheers, pal!

Hello Watchers! With the increased activity surrounding the unveiling of KoA:R, it appears that we are finally transitioning, into the next leg of our long journey. I'd like to sincerely thank each of you, for all that you do to make 38 Watch such a quality community. Many of you have contacted me, offering help out in a number of ways, and I can't overstate my gratitude. It really speaks to the commitment you folks have to the preservation of our community. I'm crazy-excited about the future.

As we move forward, we will be adding to the volunteer staff, here at the Watch. We are lucky to have such an insightful and talented group to pull from. There are those of you who have voiced an interest in participating in the 38 Watch leadership. Trust that I am keeping all of you under consideration, and will contact you, as we continue to expand. If you are really interested in joining the 38 Watch staff, the best way to voice your interest would be to simply contribute to the forums in a meaningful way. We will be tapping people from our community who have developed a history of being respectful, contributory, level-headed, informed, helpful, and generally respected Watchpersons. If you fit the bill, I promise, we will notice.

Now that that is out of the way, I'd like to formally introduce the first moderator of our fine community: Finneon!

Most of you know Finn already, as he has been a long time contributer to the Watch. He will continue to use his penchant for level-headed insight, and general pleasant demeanor as the first 38 Watch 'Red' (GhostMod notwithstanding).
